1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. Monthly/Annual Subscriptions
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after the cancellation. Please note, refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time on an annual plan.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

- Navigate to the “Account” or “Subscription” section.
- Select the “Cancel Subscription” option and confirm your cancellation.
2. Event or Service Booking Cancellation
2.1. Cancellation Timeline
For any scheduled events, webinars, or consultations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.
2.2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may allow rescheduling at our discretion based on availability.
2.3. No-shows
If a user does not attend or misses a booked event without prior notice, the booking fee will not be refunded.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after a cancellation request has been confirmed, depending on your payment provider.
